If you have set a password to log in to the platform and have forgotten your password, you can reset it by following the steps below:
Click “Forgot password?”
Enter the email address you use to log in to the platform, then click “Continue”.
Check your inbox. Look for the email with the subject line “Reset your password”.
If you haven’t received the email, please check that you entered the correct email address you use to log in to the platform, then click “Resend email”. If you need to change your email address, please start the process again.
Alternatively, it could be that you are yet to be invited to the platform. If this might be the case, please refer to this article.
Create and enter your new password. Please ensure you meet all the necessary conditions for a password. Re-enter your new password to confirm, then click “Reset password”.
Invalid reset password link
If the link is invalid (this will generally happen if you click on the link again after updating your password), click “Back to XXXX” and start the process again.
