To contact our Support Team, please follow these steps:
Log in to the Terrascope platform.
Click on “Support” in the bottom left of the instance to launch TerraGuide.
Click on “Contact us” to start a conversation. Alternatively, you can click on “Messages” from the menu, then click on the “Contact us” button.
Choose your preferred language.
Please select from the three options presented:
Submit a Ticket 📝 - Use this option if you're experiencing a technical issue or want to share feedback.
Contact Support 👨💻 - Engage with our AI or chat with our support team live.
Contact Sales 💪 - If you'd like to request a demo or get in touch with our sales team.

In case you are unable to log into the Terrascope platform, you can contact support through our Help Centre.
