I can't log in with single sign-on (SSO)

If you're having trouble logging in with SSO, it could be due to a few reasons:

  1. You haven't been invited to join the platform yet. (See I haven't received the invitation email, what should I do?)

  2. Check that you've accepted the invitation by clicking the link in the email sent to your work email address.

  3. If you've previously logged in with your email address and password, please use that method to access your account.
