Inviting Users to Terrascope

Users with the “Administrator” role have permission to invite additional team members from the organization to the Terrascope platform.

Inviting other users to the platform

  1. Click your profile icon in the top right corner and select “Settings”.

  2. You will be directed to the “My Profile” page; in the left panel, click "Users".

  3. A list of registered users on the platform will be displayed.

  4. User roles are shown for each user. For further details, refer to User Roles and Permissions.

  5. Toggle to “Invite” to see who have been invited yet not accepted invitations.

  6. The invitation list shows user emails, the date the invitation was created, invitation status, and invitation expiry dates.

  7. To invite users, click the "+Invite" button at the top right corner.

  8. In the pop-up window, enter the new user’s email address and select their role from the dropdown menu.

  9. The invited user will receive an invitation email. Please refer to login process for further guidance.
