To contact our Support Team through the platform, please follow these steps:
Log in to the Terrascope platform.
Click on “Support” in the bottom left of the instance to launch TerraGuide.
Click on “Contact us” to send us messages. Alternatively, you can click on “Messages” from the menu, then click on the “Contact us” button, and follow the instructions to create a support ticket.
Alternatively, you may search for resources within “Help?”
