1. Creating an Activity Tag

Creating a Single Tag
First, to access the list of activities, you can either:
Navigate to the “Activities” tab within a specific Measurement project under “Measurement” in the left-side panel, or
Navigate to “Activities” under “Data” in the left-side panel.
In the activity table,
Click “Add tags” under the column named “Tags”, or
In the Activity side panel (click anywhere on a specific activity line item), under Tags, click the “+” button.
If there are no existing tags listed up or there are no desired tag you can find in the list, start typing in the search box,
A new entry in the menu will appear to show “+ Create new tag ‘your label name” click it.
In the popup, leave the “Tag Family” field empty. (Tag Family is used for Creating a Grouped Tag)
Click “Create” to add the tag.
The new tag will now be available to assign to any other activities.
Creating a Grouped Tag
Follow the steps 1 to 3 of Creating a Single Tag.
In the popup, enter the existing group name, or new group name in the “Tag Family” field,then it appears “+ Create new tag family “new group name”
The grouped tags will appear nested under the group name, ready to be assigned.
2. Updating an Activity Tag

Steps to Update a Tag:
To navigate to “Activity Tags” management page,
Click on your user icon in the top right corner of the screen, click “Settings”
Then find “Activity Tags”.
Locate the tag you want to update (either single tag or a tag within a group).
Click the “Edit” icon (three-dots).
Modify the tag name as needed.
Confirm your changes by clicking the check icon or,
Cancel the action by clicking x mark.
The updated tag will be reflected immediately across all activities where it is currently used.
3. Deleting an Activity Tag
⚠️Important:
Deleting a tag removes it from all activities where it was assigned.
Confirm deletion carefully to avoid losing tag associations unintentionally.
Steps to Delete a Tag:
Follow steps 1-4 from Updating a Tag to access the Activity Tags management page.
Find the tag you want to delete.
Click the Delete option (three-dots menu).
A confirmation dialog will appear to verify the deletion.
Click “Remove tag from activities and delete” to proceed.
The tag will be permanently removed from the system
