Updated over a week ago

Making Chart Modifications

It is possible to adjust positions, add details, or update the hierarchy as needed.

⚠️ Important: Bulk edits via file upload are not supported after initial creation due to downstream data implications.

⚠️ Important: Only one version of the organisational structure is available at any given year, representing the current valid layout. Any changes made will apply only to the current measurement year. Previous versions of the organisational chart are not stored, and it is not possible to view past versions once updates have been applied.

Use cases of changing organisation chart

Modifying the level or parent node of a Business Unit (BU) within the organisation chart may be required particularly in following major organisational or business changes such as:

  • Organisational or department restructuring

  • Divestitures

  • Mergers and acquisitions

  • Cost reduction restructuring

  5. If successful, the node will be deleted for this year
