Accessing Audit Logs

  1. Log in to the Terrascope platform using your assigned user credentials.

  2. Once logged in, locate your profile icon on the top-right corner of the dashboard. Click the profile icon and select “Settings.”

  3. In the settings menu, open the side panel and click “Audit Logs.”

Viewing Audit Log Details

  • The Audit Logs section displays a chronological list of all user activities performed within the platform.

  • Each record in the log includes the following details:

  1. User Name: the name of the individual who performed the action.

  2. Entity Name: the specific area or item within the platform where the action occurred (e.g., measurement project name, task name etc).

  3. Entity Type: the category of functionality affected by the action (e.g., organization chart, task, emission factor).

  4. Action Type: the nature of the activity performed (e.g., updated, created, deleted).

  5. Email Address: the email associated with the user account.

Filtering Audit Logs

  1. To locate specific activities, use the filtering options available in the Audit Logs section. These filters allow you to refine search results and quickly identify the desired actions.

  2. You can apply filters based on the following criteria:

  • Action Type (e.g., created, deleted, invited, revoked, status change, updated)

  • Entity Type (e.g., activity match, organization chart)

  • Username

  • Date of Action

3. After selecting the preferred filter type, further narrow the search by specifying additional parameters within that category.
